We do not provide construction, engineering, or maintenance services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Swyxaronynrozox and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Design concepts and documentation created for clients remain the property of Swyxaronynrozox until full payment is received, at which point the client receives a license to use the design for the specified project.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate site information and project requirements
  • Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
  • Hiring qualified contractors for implementation
  • Maintaining the landscape according to design specifications

Limitation of Liability

Swyxaronynrozox provides design services only. We are not responsible for:

  • Plant performance or survival
  • Material availability or pricing
  • Site conditions discovered during construction

Our liability is limited to the value of design fees paid.
